Well in fairness to Intech . I'm going to say that I have been using their Drivers for a couple of years now and they are the best! The CD drivers have the advantage of reading multi-session cd's which you can't do with Apple drivers with old CD players.(hacked or not) No I've never talked with tech support. I've not needed any help. The well written manual took care of any question that I had. They have also been very good about quick updates to software. Much better then FWB and they are free. Having said that if I needed help I'd be pissed if they didn't answer. I think spreading the word about lack of support to any place we can think of may help fix this problem.
