almost certainly.
at least one Klez variant seems to get both from and to addresses out of
the victim's M$ Outlook address book, forging a from that doesn't have
anything to do with the real source.
i've received Klez email claiming to be from myself, at old defunct
accounts of mine, as well as from various webmaster and other role
addresses that alias to my "real" email address.
