Having learned the value of running disk doctor and speed disk I find that it takes 4-5xs+ as long to go through a 1.4mb floppy as it does a 11g hd. Is there a reason for this? Is it the floppy-Imations mostly. I've spent over 2 1/2 hrs on a floppy just to get through a DD check. Bill
