Will & Stephen, I purchased one of the Sonnet ATA 100 cards recently, to run a Segate 80 GB IDE drive. No problems or complaints to date. I am still getting everything sorted out, but it has been working fine as my boot drive with OS 9.1 I plan to put OS X on one of the partitions. Stephen, If you decide to use the IDE drive as your main drive, do keep your old SCSI drive installed, if possible. And keep a bootable system folder on it.
