LEM has a Power Computing list. I think you're more likely to find the rails you want or a source for them from the folks on that list. As far as the power supply goes, you'd have to add up the power consumption rating for each of your devices and compare it to what your power supply can put out. On the bright side, the PTP uses a standard ATX supply, so you can pick up a 400 or even 450 watt supply at most any PC parts shop.
