On my Supermac C500, running OS 9.1-
I get the following System Error Message on start up: "The Finder could not
start up because the following system library could not be found Unicode
Converter". I have located the Text Encoding Converter file in the
Extensions folder and the Unicode Encodings file in the Text Encodings
Folder in the System Folder, but I an not find the "Unicode Converter"
system library file that the error message refers to. Curiously, the machine
will boot with extensions off and will boot with the Text Encodings Folder
removed from the System Folder and the Text Encoding Converter removed from
the Extensions Folder.
Can anyone help?
