Well, folks, kiss my UMac, the only and last Macintosh product in my school district goodbye. The school is all Gruntell. I was going to pick up the computer anyway because nobody wanted it, but a pipe broke and sprayed water all over the room. They tried to salvage the computer and did a good job. I brought it home, plus an old 386. Retirement was at the right time. They have the walls pulled off. The place looked like a war zone when I left it. It now looks like an atomic bomb aftermath. I feel sorry for the counselor taking my place. While my UMac came home successful, my dog, Bones, died. No correlation , since he though it was pretty cool chasing cars. Yep, ... a 50 year old man had tears in his eyes as he disposed of the dog, but life goes on.
