try the swap list, but yes the ram is scarce. as far as the terminator, and active terminator will work in it's place (it did for me), you can get active terminators that plug into a ribbon cable connector instead of one of the external connectors. if you don't have the other internal piece that's supposed to go between the logic board and the scsi cable just try an extra long internal cable, i used one with 5 connectors on it and it worked great.
the piece that goes between the logic board and the scsi cable is just a bunch of capacitors, when you use a long cable you are adding capacitance and no longer need the "extra" piece. if you can't find an active terminator for the scsi cable let me know and i'll look around, i've got several but i'm trying to hold on to the buggers, they came with the previously mentioned long scsi cable via ebay. if you really have problems, i can look the data up again, the black terminator just has a lower value resistor than normal on one of the pins, you could add an extra resistor of the right value to a blank connector on the ribbon cable if you had to, but the active terminator is much more elegant and saved me from that particular ugly hack. i've also considered making the ram, but between having custom boards made and memory chip prices it just didn't seem worth while, only 3 or 4 other people were interested and i would have had to have dozens of customers to make it worth while even if i sold them at my materials cost. if you find a good source for the ram please let me know off list, i've got 2 IIFX beasties and one needs ram desperately!
