I've never seen any 168 pin 5v DIMMs in 256 Meg for the Mac. The newer DIMMs (as used in G-3/G-4) are not usable. 256 Meg DIMMs were proposed many years ago, but with the trend towards using the different and much cheaper PC style DIMMs, they never were released.
