Here's my next matter to resolve. I have a Belkin USB VideoBus Capture Device. Turns out, it won't run on 9.1 but it will run on 9.0.4, which I recently picked up. But this is a PowerMac G4 Install CD. I get the message that "This software cannot run on your computer. See the documentation for more information."
I know this has been covered here before, but I can't remember if there was a solution. I tried the second and third hierarchy installers as well to no avail.
