Hi Craig, Here's a place to start reading up on that topic... http://support.roxio.com/roxio_support/toast/kb_articles.html#d Remember though, "Mac Bootable" and "SuperMac Bootable" can be two different things when considering the Matsushita CDROM drive that UMAX used as their OEM drive. That's why you'll always see the 5.3.1 version of Apple's CDROM extension being recommended here on the list. It's the only version that supported many 3rd party drives, like the Matsushita drive that UMAX laid on us.
