i don't know if they are made by anyone, but it's easy, you just need a momentary button to short pin 2 to pin 4 on the adb cable. if you know anyone who can solder it's easy. write me off list if you need more info. amusingly, i have a g4, and an usb>>adb adapter, if it's plugged directly into the mac i can use the power button on an adb keyboard, but there is now power key on the usb keyboard because apple couldn't make it work through an usb hub because of the way the usb standard works, this is also why some hubs make the cd drive open on startup apparently.
