I need your help..
My C600 (Apus 3000/200):
- OS 9.1
- 144 Mo Ram
- Sonnet Crescendo card 400Mz 512 Ko cache
- IX micro Ultimate REZ video card
- IDE hard disk 2,1 Go that cames with the C600
I bought an IDE Hard disk IBM Deskstar 7200 rpm to replace the 2,1 Go hd
I can formatting this disk (four partitions)..I can install Mac OS
9.1 and the driver apple associated..
THEN I HAVE PROBLEMS!!!!!
After few starts "SOS disk" detect serious errors on the "catalog"
and nodes..(Norton too..)..
If I replace the IBM disk by the 2,1 Go..all works fine perfectly..
I don't understand ???
Do you have an idea?
- Does C600 support HD of high capacity?
- Driver problem?
- Must I initializing the mother card?
- ...???
