Double check the XLR8 card itself, later models had the serial number 
for the software on a sticker right on the card itself. It is about 1" 
or 1 1/2" long and starts with XLR-

Also, many cards work with the powerlogix <www.powerlogix.com> software 
just fine. You may want to try that as well.
