It's also nice to have the rear I/O Gasket, AKA the EMI Shield. 
That's the little rectangle of sheet metal that fills the hole in the 
back of the ATX case and surrounds the SCSI, ADB and sound out port 
on the S900 motherboard.   You'll probably need to do some sheet 
metal and dremel work to make one, or try scavenging one from an S900 
case.
