I have had a couple of suggestions from the list here. (Switching cards into different slots, etc.) Sorry, none of them have worked. I have narrowed down the screen quiver to the scsi drive whether starting up in OSX or OS9.1. When I start up from my RAID the screen is back to normal, rock steady. Hmmmm........ Suggestions?
Here is the set up on the machine and cards, etc. TIA Lyle S900 running OS9.1 with 592 megs of ram, w/VM off, original twin turbo card, an Orange Micro FIreWire/USB card, Sonnet G3 500mhz card, Acard Ahard RAID AEC-6860M card running striped twin IBM 30gig 75GXP drives, original Matsushita CD, internal Jaz and Yamaha CDRW 8424, now with OSX Jaguar running on 4.3 gig scsi Fujitsu, and loving it! -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
