Pretty much any manual-inject Mac floppy drive will work.   I haven't 
checked in over a year, but they were thick on the ground on Ebay for 
about $5 each or less in the form of pulls from LCIIIs and such.  You 
may be able to get a new Umax drive from list sponsor Small Dog.  I 
think they still had some a few weeks ago.  I don't know if they 
managed to sell them off in their latest Garage Sale.
