I've been running those temporarily in a Sparc Ultra60
(I bought SCA 18 GB for $40, with free shipping not a
big risk). Can not say anything bad, except that when
I ran tests, giving a nice load for Apache with Oracle
as a back-end (6 mil request a week) they were heating
up a bit. It was not an issue for that case, but could
be a prob in an oldish, tighter case like PM7300 and
such. Deifinitely not as good as the original
Fujitsus, but could not see anything bad. The original
ones for those stations have 8MB cache, weigh a couple
of kilos each and cost ~700 US$ for a 9.1 GB.
