I burn CD to CD using Toast 4.0.2 quite often. The item to watch is when you set up for the burn, a box shows the CD to be copied and lists the blocks to be copied. Often the 2 numbers don't match (Blocks available and blocks to copy. Make the Blocks to copy the same number as the blocks available and everything gets carried over to the new copy. (Except for a few exceptions that have right protection that my version of Toast can't recognize. These will be obvious as they normally produce only "Coasters")
