Need professional opinions on this. Just upgraded from 8 to 8.5 on a C600 with 144 MG of memory.
Can't get my Yamaha cd burner to work, although I can get it working on my G3, which is running on the same 8.5 OS. Anyone know of any inherent problems with OS 8.5 on the C600? The error I get when I try and get Toast to burn a CD is =50(keep in mind it see's the CD burner, knows it has a blank drive in the CD and everything but shows a mac OS error of =50 will pop up and then I just I have to quit.) Any thoughts on this or what I should do? The box can see my zip drive without a problem. The burner works fine on the G3 without a hitch, so no hardware or software problem I can determine.
