The Daystar towers were nice, but they were really just a plain old PM9500 board in a really nice case with a big power supply. If you're handy with a dremel you can build something at least as nice for under $300 now. Get a 9500 board, a nice PC ATX cases, a supply of sheet metal and have at it. Get the motherboard first so that you can pick an appropriate case. The 9500 presents some challenges as far as fitting it to an ATX case. Alternatively, if you don't need twelve DIMM slots (1.5 GB vs. 1 GB RAM) a PowerTower Pro or S900 motherboard is an easy fit into an ATX case.
