Okay, all my dumb little mistakes with relative URL's have been fixed.  I
think.  If any more turn up, please report them via the mail link at the
bottom of each page.

Thanks, John.  The appreciation is appreciated.  It wasn't totally
thankless.  We thanked each other for showing up those last six months so
that none of us would have be left in the building completely alone.  We
made the best of it.

Much (most?) of the online support throughout 1998 was provided by Nathan
Gilbert.  I initially volunteered to cover it myself through summer of '97
because no one else was paying any attention to it and because it seemed
like the best way to get up to speed on all the customer issues quickly.
