They work with almost any type of RAM (some upgrade cards, like NewerTech, are very particular about what ram they work with). I've got 2 Powerlogix in 2 S900's and they've worked without problems now for a couple of years. You can also up their rated Mhz: my 2 G3/375 Mhz cpus are going at 450Mhz.
