For those who were interested in this prior post, I discovered the answer to my query about where the data files were stored for Office Entourage 2001.
Turns out, all this important information is automatically put in the Documents Folder in a sub-folder called 'Microsoft User Data'. I have always found only the Installer Logs, read me's and Get Info stuff for various apps stored in this pretty much useless Documents Folder. Not this time, this time some irreplaceable items go there such as Entourage Identities, My Calendar Data, Scripts and other Prefs. Good way to lose important data. So if you are using Office 2001, check your Documents Folder and back up this folder too during your incremental backup.
