This two part thread is related to my other post on the S900 upgrade.....
Jeff (W) asked the following Q - "I'm not sure about the Radeon. Has anyone tested its slot compatibility? Because it is a dual head video card I am inclined to believe that it will require one of the upper (#1 or #2) slots. And some video functions seem to be significantly enhanced (or not degraded) in the upper slots, so you should probably put the Radeon in an upper slot." Along with the above, I would like to ask if any of you are running two monitors off this card under OS 9.1. Second qustion is a survey on USB-only cards that are happy in the lower slots of a S900. Jeff warned me about the VST card not being happy in the lower slots. I am currently happy with OS 9.1, if this matters. (Will move directly to Jaguar when the time comes.)
