The success rate for flashing ATI PC cards to Mac hasn't been good. In
general because ATI has been smart enough to make the cards so it can't
be done easily. The Mac cards are often twice as much money at retail.
To start with many of the ATI can't be flash upgraded but instead need
a chip firmware upgrade which involves changing the chip or
reprograming it and often the chips are not in a socket but soldered .
Tom or Jeff likely know more about this then me and I have no info on
this card's chip type etc. In general not worth the trouble with an ATI
card though there are one or two card versions people have had luck
with don't remember which they were. I won't be available for anymore
quick replies today ;-) Will S
