I'm having some trouble getting my 10.0.3 full install
to work. When I run xpostfacto 2.2.2, it installs its
files, and then restarts the computer, but I can't get
past the gray screen and the gray apple. Once I get
to these, I notice that the spinner is a circular
blob, and after 10-15 seconds, a broken folder appears
inside the gray apple.

I tried the 10.2 updater with xpostfacto 2.2.2, and
that seemed to work perfectly. Xpost facto installed
its files, restarted the computer, and began the
installation process. In the 4th or 5th step of the
installation process, the 10.2 updater told me
(naturally) that the installation could not continue
because neither of my two hard discs had 10 on it.

Why does the 10.2 update cd seem to work, but not the
10.0.3 full install (from macresource computers)? I've
tried xpostfacto 2.2b7 also.

Any ideas?
