Here's one which puzzles me, but I'll bet won't outfox the listers.

I got an apple 5x cd rom from OWC recently and installed it on it's own
channel of a Sonnet ata/133 card. Mounts and reads OK (apple dvd/cdrom
driver), but I cannot boot from it with my OS9 system CD.

The original SCSI 8x is still installed for now, and I can boot from that by
pressing the C key on restart. (original FWB driver.)

Boot HD is original 2.1 SCSI , additional 40g ATA HD on other channel.
Otherwise stock S900. Have not installed G3 upgrade yet.

Any ideas?
