For the benefit of list members, I wish to document the fact that I have just had a wholly positive experience transacting with the German online UMAX dealer NewSell (http://www.newsell.de).
On 20 Dec 2002 I ordered (online) various parts for the S900 ATCX case, making snailmail payment by International Banker's Draft in Euros. I received instant email confirmation, the goods were invoiced and despatched from Germany on 8 Jan 2003, and the package arrived in good shape by parcel post here on the West Coast of Canada on Valentine's Day (14 Feb 2003). In view of previous negative comments about this dealer, I wonder if communication problems were a factor in others' sour deals? Perhaps it helps to correspond with German dealers in German? (I did).
