As an alternative, you could contact me off-list ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). I am an American, live in Germany (some 33 years), own three Macs (G4, Motorola clone and a Umax C600/Apus/Gravis MT) and do translations to improve my retirement benefits. I could act as a go-between to eliminate communication problems. If it just a order or clarification, there wouldn't be a charge (time factor depending on work-load) but if it gets complicated and time consuming, we might need to discuss some compensation (I have to pay the rent like everyone else). I have had dealings with both Falkmedia and NewSell (often the same), not without complications but were resolvable with factual arguments and persistence.
