the 2.08 file is not a driver, it is a ROM file. There is a difference. 
Someone posted about the 2.10 being the driver software, it didn't have 
the flasher. I could be wrong though.

If you have the Sapphire 64MB or one of the actual ATI retail cards, 
then you can get the original software from me. It has the PC flasher 
and the 'bad' ROM. The second link is for the correct ATI flasher for 
the Mac. There have been others, but these were the very first files.
