I can report a second success (I had a retail PC ATI 7000 work too). My Sapphire 32MB DDR with VGA, DVI, and S-Video (#1024-2C02-00-SA) from allstar ( http://www.allstarshop.com ) works. I bought he $44 card and $8 DVI to VGA adapter and am running two CRT monitors on the card.
I followed 'madmacs' instuctions on page 12 (Post 224) ( http://www.falkemedia.com/cgi-bin/forum/forum.cgi?board=hardware;action=dis play;num=1045243482;start=220 ), but used the M208_166 ROM file. This is on a UMAX S900 (aka Pulsar) w/9.2.2. I just installed the 10/2002 ATI driver update. You can not use all three outputs at once per the ATI readme (I had to disconnect the TV output to get the DVI analog to work). My Saphire card looks identical to the ATI PC 32MB DDR 7k Radeon except: The connectors for the DVI and S-video (the pads for the connectors are on the ATI circuit board, just not the connectors themselves), the NTSC/PAL jumper, the exact chips used (ATI has 5ns RAM, Saphire 4ns), the chip cooler glued to the GPU, and the color of the board itself.
