John, excellent summary of the information. I too have tried to follow the thread on Mitch's site which gets a bit confusing at times with all the input and varying degrees of accompanying info. Please keep up the good work and would be most interested to see a final summary by you, once all of the information has filtered down to a coherent consensus.
