I don't have that specific model, so my knowledge might not apply.
However, I had eight 20" monitors from the same era once and the ones
with the BNC connectors worked fine on my Mac using a VGA to BNC
cable with a Mac to VGA adapter. I picked up the VGA to BNC cable
for about $10 or $15 at a store called Altex Computers, but I'm sure
they're readily available, though probably not too thick on the
ground.

I have an Intellicolor Display/20e, but it has Mac and VGA connectors
on the back and came with a cool reversible cable with a Mac
connector at one end and a VGA connector at the other, so depending
on which direction one connects it to the monitor, it's either set up
for VGA or Mac DB15.

Anyway, Griffin Technology would probably have the poop on that
monitor as well as a high quality adapter to make it work.
