I went and bought a Cordless Logitech USB keyboard, but afterwards
remembered that the usb card may not power up right away at start up. That
made me realize there could be an issue. I don't have the keyboard yet so I
can't check, but I'm sure there are some here who know.

During cold start, say when there is a freeze or some other function where
you need a keystroke (like zap pram), are there instances where a cordless
usb keyboard won't function? I know I occasionally have this problem with
my usb mouse (w/ tail). What about with extensions off?

Any feedback of your experiences on this is appreciated. Thnx

Dave
