Hi, Sybil -

Unless there is another "Kim", I'll reply.
Soccer season for the 7-year old and the 5 and 2 are depriving us of sleep
(among other more private activities...)
Last night we discovered the youngest spread-eagled and snoring away between
us, one leg propped up on the wife's back.
Plaster walls are great for discouraging young boys from crashing into them.
They are not as forgiving as drywall and will put the hurt on their bones for
that one-time lesson to keep away.
While the boys are still young it's constant entertainment/spectator sport
that doesn't require gas or batteries.
I am proud to report we DO NOT own a van or suv (yet.)

Onto yet another OT matter, as the orginator of this extended thread, I am
reporting that I've settled on IE and using 4.8 for mail.
I have Eudora configured in sponsored mode but there are a couple of things
that's a bit cumbersome in the way it is presented to me.
Can't get the window to snap into screen-fill mode by clicking on the upper
right corner as I can do with 4.8.
Also, the sponsored ad window, even when moved out of the way, is bothersome
and blocks the view and won't let me drag it out of view.
Other then that much of it is back to the old familiar Eudora that I used in
the early 90s.
I'm going to use both 4.8 and Eudora for mail to give myself time to adjust a
bit more to Eudora's features.
In many ways I am more appreciative of Netscape's 4.xx interface, both for
browser and mail and the way the windows are presented.

I am openly suggesting to those who are not dabbling in X yet to stay away
from Netscape 7.02 !!
(Still at 9.1.)

Alan
