Hi Frank. I agree and saw the disclaimer thanks. Certainly getting the whole CPU is smart. i.e. I could do with a spare PS as it's likely to die first. But since I live in Canada (should have mentioned it earlier) the entire CPU is likely more expensive (higher shipping $) than paying less for shipping on an "as is" logic board. Regardless my s900 is running well. And since it's unlikely the board will die, maybe I shouldn't hex the situation talking about getting a spare board for that unlikely cloudy day! Yoinks!
