Thanks for the good info David, Steve and Robin.
I tried Cocoa eFax first. It looks like a nice complete program but, although it found the modem, I really couldn't get it to work. Then I went to the link David sent (above) and read the reviews. PageSender was highly recommended. I set that up and, Voila, was able to send a fax out of Jaguar on my s900. Recieving is another story but I think it's a matter of setting the prefs correctly.
I want to thank you all again for the info and hope that others may benefit.
