No. The S900's processor card is not a PCI card, it's a card for the
Processor Direct Slot (right?), which the B/W does not have.

Both offer nice upgrade cards for your G3, up to G3/800 and G4/1000 
(not
cheap though). Look for ZIF upgrade cards.
