Looks like they only have listed 9.2.1 available. Can he go right from 8.X to 9.2 without 9.1? If not, then OWC has 9.1 available here --> http://eshop.macsales.com/Catalog_Item.cfm?ID=5059&Item=APLOS9CDL
It's cheaper, too and I think the 9.2 upgrade from 9.1 is still available for free from Apple (at http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=120030 - an 82MB download though - if you don't have a high speed connection you could be screwed). Of course you have to use the helpers at www.os9forever.com to load 9.2 on the c500
