I currently use a C600 with a mactell G3 zif upgrade. It works well
for what I do. I use it for digital audio work and word processing
mostly.
I am thinking about transfering my videos of the family onto DVD. I
don't really want to spend the money for a new Mac. Is an upgraded S900
practical for this kind of work? I know I would need the proper
software and hardware to go with it.
I figure that I can get an S900 for around $50 or so if I'm patient
and watch the swap list and ebay. Can someone tell me what other
hardware and software I would need and about what I'd have invested in
it?
thanks
Mike
