When booting to OS 9 (or 9.1 or 9.2), ATM needs to be upgraded to 4.6. ATM 4.0 is not supported in the OS 9s. I'm not sure about ATM Deluxe, but I believe it's the case for that one as well. You ought to be able to go to the Adobe site for upgrading information.
