Well, you all were right. The modem card says Global Village on it. It is in a special slot next to the three pci slots.
Please let me know, -where I can get the driver -and how do I install it. Lastly, I was allowed to use another Mac. It had netscape 4.7 on it. I wanted to install the new version 7.1 which handles java better (IMHO-in my experience with windoze). I clicked all the appropriate mac versions, and the launcher downloaded and unzipped a .gz file(?). But I did not see the new installed application. I suppose it 'is' installed, but I just do not have a shortcut to click on(?). Or do I need to do the next step manually. If so, what would I do next. Thanks for your help. _____________________________________________________________ Free Email! [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.macbrat.com -- SuperMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
