Hi Alan Cole, I downloaded IE 5.1.7, and installed it on my HD. However, when I get on internet and click on the IE 5.1.7 icon, the IE 5.1.7 window comes up, and then when the IE 5.1.7 browser tries to open up, it still freezes. I don't know why this keeps happening? It doesn't seem to matter whether I reinstall IE 5 from a CD or IE 5.1.7 from their website, I only get so far. Also, I trashed Internet preferences as well as the Network TeleSystems preferences. Why does Netscape 4.7 work and IE doesn't? Any ideas?
