, Uh, I should have been more specific, you can't download the 9.1 
update from apple and go from 8.6 to 9.1, which the original messenger 
was suggesting, you must already have 9.0-9.0.4 installed to use that 
updater. you can go from 7.6 to osx if you have the proper discs and 
computers and formatting. I started my Mac life at OS 7 and now use 
Jaguar, but never could manage to ever do it at no cost. Somehow it 
doesn't sound like the title to an old Jimi Hendrix album anymore, more 
complicated, maybe an old Yes album, but I digress.	Anybody have any 
idea how much a MacTell G3/280 upgrade processor for a C600/500 is 
worth?
