Ah, I was wondering whether I needed those or not. If you "view as package"
in extensions manager, they show up in a "Mac OS 9.2.1 Extras" folder. I did
notice when I disabled the Quickdraw 3D RAVE v1.7 extension screen redraws
and menu selections were significantly slower, so re-enabled that one, but
dumping Classic RAVE, Classic Support UI, and ProxyApp seems to have fixed
some of the problems.
