Well this is how it stands at the moment I struck a deal with the
individual willing to sell me the ZIF that if it does not work out I can
return it to him and pay the shipping and handling costs. Since I will
be paying way below what they cost I feel that this is worth trying. I
am going to look at the heat sink question very carefully and make sure
it has an adequate heat sink. Would it be suggested that I use a PCI fan
which I have seen on eBay?

I believe that I am going to go with the PowerLogix Z Force Carrier
card. As the XLR8 card was not a adapter card but was the complete
carrier with the ZIF installed and I would rather just move that to the
other S 900 as is. I have it running at 450 Mhz with no problems. It
came with the IBM 10X chip which allows the over clocking.

If everything works out OK I will post a detailed report of my results
for anyone else who wants to venture into this particular upgrade.
