I have a S900 that currently has: A Sonnet 450Mhz G3, Sonnet ATA 133
card, Adaptec AHA 2940 SCSI, a VoodooIII video card, about 500mbs memory
and a cumulative total of some 40gbs disk space on 4 (5? I need to pop
it open and look again) disks. Now, I was just curious.......

I know this will not work with a G3, but...If one were to get two G4
cards, and if one of those cards happened to have a heat sync a might
skinny....I am sure you see where I am going with this? :)
Has anyone ever gotten or even tried to get a S900 to work as a dual G4
based box? I know it could run dual 604e and that the second card was a
special one.
Well? HOW special? What was done? How was it done? Was it speed?
Voltage? Certain pins shorted out in a proprietary way? Could someone
with little common sense and a lot of money and time actually build a
functional G4 based secondary CPU card for this beastie?

Imagine a Dual G4 CPU S900 at around 800mhz. You could give them new
fangled mirrored door pretty Macs a run fer their money ya could! :)
