AEC-6880 is a dual-channel ATA133 RAID card, and the M is the Mac version. So what's the difference? I've got the firmware for both here, and the Mac firmware is 4K more than the PC firmware (52k and 48k respectively). AFAIK, flash ROM only comes in base-2 increments (1k, 4k, 16k, 32k, 64k, etc.), so I may be able to flash the PC version with the Mac ROM. This would be especially nice, since the PC version can be had for a dollar on ebay. Any additional insight?
