Problem is the Graphics..says Rage or better. You don't have that, unless
you failed to mention an upgrade.

I agree looks like you may have everything but the ATI RAge 128 card. these can be found on ebay for around $30.00 ($25.-40. seems to be the current going prices) with careful shopping and perhaps on the lowend mac swap list. The only other issue is if the Mactell is really a G3 280 MHz that could be a bit slow if the game really needs 350 MHz.
